Meade High School offers students the opportunity to prepare for a career in the child care profession or any field dealing with children.  Through active involvement with preschool children, students gain knowledge and skills needed to nurture and guide their development.  A senior year work experience is included.  The curriculum content is inclusive of the 90 clock hour course that is required for personnel working in licensed day care in Maryland. Required Courses include:
