Meade High School offers students the opportunity to prepare for a career in the child care profession or any field dealing with children.  Through active involvement with preschool children, students gain knowledge and skills needed to nurture and guide their development.  A senior year work experience is included.  The curriculum content is inclusive of the 90 clock hour course that is required for personnel working in licensed day care in Maryland.
