The Right Start Program at Meade Senior High School supports new teachers in a variety of areas.The Right Start Advisor also known as the RSA is the facilitator of the program at the school. Through a process of planning, classroom observations, and reflection sessions with teachers, we actively develop teaching skills in a collaborative effort.  Teachers also participate in monthly after school seminars where a teaching strategy or concept is presented adding to the tools for application in the classroom.  The Right Start Advisor also affords opportunities for new teachers to observe veteran teachers in the classroom to promote further professional growth. We welcome our new teachers to the profession and anticipate a positive productive career.
